Spring Break Backpack Journalism Success! (Photos)

If you have been following us on social media, then you know that our newest Backpack Journalists had a lot of fun for Spring Break!

I had the honor of working with some very talented young ladies!  I was beyond impressed with their maturity and talent. They had some great ideas and represented MCM’s Backpack Journalism program very well! We were given the opportunity to interview residents at Ingleisde at King Farm in Rockville . We had such a wonderful time. The ladies learned a lot and I think some of the residents learned a lot from them.  This was a great class and their stories are wonderful!  These talented young journalists are taking over my blog for the next few days, so enjoy their stories!

If are looking for something for your teen to do this summer, we have two (2) Backpack Journalism Academy sessions going. I would love to work with you!  Check them out!
