1. The Montgomery Village Master Plan and Westbard Sector Plan are two of the topics on the Montgomery County Council’s packed agenda today. You can watch the Council meeting, beginning at 9:30 a.m. today, live, here.

2. The Montgomery County Department of Transportation is scheduled to host a meeting tonight, from 7 – 9 p.m., at the Silver Spring Civic Building to discuss a plan to install a separated bike lane in Silver Spring.

3.  The Interfaith Clothing Center is moving to a bigger space at its Twinbrook Parkway location in Rockville. Donations and volunteers are always needed.

4. What’s for lunch? Restaurant Week continues today in Montgomery County.

5. It’s Groundhog Day and groundhogs are the topic of the Tot Time program at the Locust Grove Nature Center this morning in Bethesda.
