County Executive’s Ball Celebrates the Arts (VIDEO)

The Montgomery County Executive’s 2015 Ball celebrated the arts last night at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.

The theme of this year’s event was “One Enchanted Evening,” and funds raised go to arts education programs.
