1. The Montgomery County Council Health and Human Services and Government Operations committees meet today. Here’s the agenda.

2. Students are Westland Middle School in Bethesda can’t use their lockers until after spring break after a data breach released information about student locker combinations.

3. This morning, Transportation Secretary Pete Rahn will join Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett and other state officials to kick off the 2015 highway construction season and highlight work zone safety. The group will meet at the site of the former Kensington Volunteer Fire Station in Silver Spring.

4. The MCPS School Board is inviting a panel of community organizations to interview final candidates for the job of superintendent. Find out which organizations will have a say here.
