UPDATED: Closings and Delays Reported in MoCo

UPDATED, March 5, 9 a.m. – Thursday’s forecasted storm has caused some cancellations and closures.

The area is under a winter storm warning until 7 p.m. today, according to the National Weather Service. Snow and sleet is predicted to fall this morning becoming all snow after 7 a.m. Temperature falling to around 26 by 4 p.m. North wind 8 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph, according to the NWS. The chance of precipitation is 100 percent, according to the service.. Total daytime snow and sleet accumulation of 4 to 8 inches possible.

The City is CLOSED today, non-essential employees do not report to work. Facilities closed & activities cancelled. Snow Emergency in effect.
