Work on Pike District Breathing New Life to White Flint Area (VIDEO)
White Flint has a new name and advocates are hoping a new identity too. It’s now being called the Pike District and it’s a rebranding of sorts for an area as it morphs from a suburban sprawl to a new urbanism community.

Only one tenant is left inside the The White Flint Mall, Lord & Taylor. Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Companies, have plans to redevelop the mall into a town center. Lerner Companies did not return MCM’s phone calls for an update on those plans.
