National Philharmonic performs Handel’s Messiah at the Music Center at Strathmore

- The Fenton Street Market is open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Veterans Plaza and feature their Buy Local Holiday Market
- Santa visits the Star Gazing Farm from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Boyds. Sip cider, visit retired farm animals at this open house while supporting this animal sanctuary.
- VisArts in Rockville is hosting a Gingerbread House workshop at 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Reservations required.
- Glen Echo Holiday Art Show & Sale is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
