Zombies Invade Kentlands (Photos)

zombies2It’s the night before Halloween and the skies are dark and the autumn air is crisp and cool.  You are out for an evening walk when a cold, foreboding breeze sends chills up your spine.

You sense them before you see them. Zombies are invading your community. Scared? Ready to run?

Well, that’s what the ghoulish fun is all about in Gaithersburg where the annual Zombie Fun Run/Walk took to the streets of Kentlands and Lakelands on Oct. 30 with the help of the scaring crew from Markoff’s Haunted Forest.

This annual event is hosted by Fleet Feet as store officials know a lot about running, which is important when trying to escape this “walking dead” zombie apocalypse scene.  A fall favorite? You bet!
