Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services Spokesperson Pete Piringer said one person was extricated from a two vehicle collision at Brink Road and Woodfield Road early today.

He also reported several other injuries on his Twitter account.

Woodfield Road at Brink Road is closed in both directions, according to an Alert Montgomery message. Commuters are advised to avoid the area.
