Woman Allegedly Stabbed to Death in Bethesda Apartment
Montgomery County Police are investigating the alleged stabbing death of a woman in her Bethesda apartment Tuesday.
According to Montgomery County Police, a call came in at about 10:11 a.m. to report a death in an apartment in the 11800 block of Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda. Police said the victim is a woman and she appears to have been stabbed in her torso. Police found her on the floor of the apartment,according to Capt. Paul Starks.
Police who arrived on the scene said they met with a female roommate at the apartment. Police are talking to that roommate. The identity of the victim and the roommate have not yet been released, according to Starks.
“This is s close-able case,” Starks told MyMCMedia Tuesday afternoon.
No additional details were immediately available.
