Montgomery County Council At-Large candidate Will Jawando fielded questions from members of three development groups at a forum held in Rockville on Feb. 7. Jawando responds to a question about the 2016 increase in recordation tax and support for rent control.
Jawando gives a rebuttal on mixed use buildings:
The three organizations that hosted the forum were the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, the Maryland Building Industry Association, and the Apartment and Office Building Association.
The six candidates were Paul Geller, Neil Greenberger, Will Jawando, Melissa McKenna, Mohammad Siddique, and Steve Solomon.
