Whole Kids Foundation Fair (Photos)

Whole Foods Market hosted a fair for its Whole Kids Foundation on Sept. 15 outside its store in downtown Kentlands.

The Whole Kids Foundation is a charitable organization that provides children with access to healthy food choices through partnerships with schools, educators and organizations.

At the fair outside the Gaithersburg store, there were all kinds of activities, including: moon bounces, face-painting, an obstacle course, live music, mini-tennis, a dunk tank and lots of food.

The entertainment lineup began with a demonstration from Kicks Karate. In addition, there were kids dance contests, performances by local band Sudden Impact, and a demo from the Metropolitan Ballet Theatre.
