Wheaton Students Making Wigs (Video)
Council President Nancy Navarro visited an after school program at Wheaton High School where, as part of the Recreation Department’s Sports Academy program, a group of students are making wigs for cancer patients in the area. CCM’s Susan Kenedy reports.
