Wheaton High School Students Are Beaming in New Building (VIDEO)
Wheaton High School students and staff are starting off the New Year in a brand new building at 2401 Dalewood Drive in Silver Spring. Find out more in this MCPS-TV report, below:
According to the MCPS’s website, Wheaton High School is the first school in Montgomery County to feature a project-based learning environment that will allow students to work across curricular areas and use 21st century skills. The new building is “green,” which means it was designed with features that save energy, conserve water and improve indoor environmental quality. The revitalization and expansion project replaced the former school, which was built in 1954.
