Westbard Sector Plan Community Meeting (PHOTOS)

A community meeting was held on Oct. 21 at Walt Whitman High School to discuss the scope of work for the Westbard Sector Plan.

According to the Montgomery Planning website, the Westbard Sector Plan is one of the oldest plans still in use in Montgomery County having been last updated in 1982.
