- Bunnyland is back at Butler’s Orchard in Germantown with lots of activities for children. Opens at 9 a.m. and is weather dependent. Call 301.972.3299 or check Butler’s Orchard website if any question about the weather.
- Montgomery Parks will be celebrating the season opening of History in Parks at Woodlawn Manor Cultural Park with a night hike on the Underground Railroad Experience Trail at 7:30 p.m. Registration cost $5.
- Olney Theatre presents Marjorie Prime at 7:45 p.m.
- The Music Center at Strathmore will featuring the Metropolitan Opera: Rising Stars Concert Series at 8 p.m. Tickets are available on the Strathmore website.
- AMP by Strathmore presents The Felice Brothers with opening act Aubrie Sellers at 8 p.m.
- Appetite for Destruction: The Ultimate Tribute to Guns ‘N Roses will perform at The Fillmore Silver Spring at 8 p.m.
- Be’la Dona, an all female band from Washington D.C., will be performing at the Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club at 8 p.m.
Saturday, April 2

- The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra will be performing its Music Box Series Birdie Melodies at the Silver Spring Civic Building at 10 and 11:30 a.m.
- Montgomery Parks will be celebrating the season opening of History in Parks at Woodlawn Manor Cultural Park with a free Underground Railraod Experience Trail guided hike from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- The Puppet Co presents Beauty and the Beast at Glen Echo Park at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- Come out to Boyds to support the Washington Spirit as they host an Intersquad Scrimmage at 4 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
- The Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club will be hosting Soul Spring Fling with featured performers King Soul and Texas Chainsaw Horns, doors open at 6 p.m.
- Olney Theatre presents Marjorie Prime at 1:45 and 7:45 p.m.
- The National Philharmonic will be performing Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass at The Music Center at Strathmore at 8 p.m.
Sunday, April 3

- Montgomery Parks will be celebrating the season opening of History in Parks with a free guided tours of Josiah Henson Park and a viewing of the documentary “The Search for Josiah Henson” The events run from noon to 4 p.m.
- Blackrock Center for the Arts will be screening the film “Deaf Jam” at 4 p.m. The film is about a deaf teenager who also happens to be a slam poet.
- The Mansion at Strathmore will be featuring a Chamber Concert with Jessica Krash at 1 p.m.
- Olney Theatre presents Marjorie Prime at 1:45 p.m.
- Eddie Jones and The Young Bucks will be performing at the Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club at 8 p.m.
