Wednesday Weather Cancelations, Closures, Delays in Montgomery County

Montgomery County is currently under a tornado watch issued by the National Weather Service until 7 p.m. The pending flash floods from Hurricane Ida are expected to be so severe that Montgomery County Public Schools closed early on Wednesday. Many private schools in the area have followed suit.

Montgomery College also announced it is closing early, but remote and online classes are proceeding:
