UPDATED 7.30.15 Road repairs are now complete and Bradley Boulevard has reopened.

UPDATED 7.29.15 WSSC crews have replaced a 16-inch water pipe along Bradley Boulevard in Bethesda but the road will remain closed through both Wednesday’s morning and evening rush hours.

The break occurred on Monday but crews were delayed fixing the pipe because of the length of time it took to drain water from the area.

According to WSSC, the pipe was replaced and water service was restored overnight.

On Twitter, WSSC officials are advising residents that Bradley Boulevard between Rayburn Road and Aberdeen Road will be closed through Wednesday night’s rush hour as crews repave the road.

According to WSSC, the exact location of the break occurred at 5900 block of Bradley Boulevard and it impacted 25 customers.
