Washington Spirit to Take on Houston Dash Saturday

The Washington Spirit are hoping to break a three-game losing streak on Saturday when they take on the eighth-place Houston Dash Saturday.

Kick off will be at 9 p.m. (Eastern time) at BBVA Compass Stadium in Texas.

The Spirit will enter Saturday evening’s match 6-7-1, having recently fallen to fifth place in the league. The Dash are 4-8-1.

Coach Mark Parsons will be able to use  some of its new players to the team. Last week new players Niki Cross, Alex Singer and Lisa DeVanna made their debut. On Saturday, national team players, including Ashlyn Harris, Ali Krieger return to the squad.
