Washington Folk Festival at Glen Echo Park (PHOTOS)

The Washington Folk Festival is back for its 35th year at Glen Echo Park this weekend.

This free festival, presented by the Folklore Society of Greater Washington in collaboration with the Glen Echo Park Partnership, celebrates the many folk music, dance and craft traditions of the greater Washington area.

At the festival, you will find 450 of the best traditional musicians, storytellers, dancers, and craftspeople in the region. There are nearly 70 hours of live performances.
