Volunteers Are Collecting Items For Hurricane Maria Victims (VIDEO)

In response to the devastation that Hurricane Maria left in the Caribbean, residents in Montgomery County are rallying together to help those in need.

A group of people have coordinated two drop off donation events in Frederick and Montgomery Counties.

The first two events will be held on Sept. 23 and 24 at the Friends Meeting School, 3232 Green Valley Road in Ijamsivlle. 

The last two events will be held on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 at the Dynamite Gymnastics Center, 4956 Boiling Brook Parkway in Rockville. 

Both events will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
