Veterans Reunion in Silver Spring (Video)

Vietnam veteran Max Cleland, current secretary of the American Battle Monuments Commission and former administrator of the U.S. Veterans Administration gave the keynote presentation at the Vietnam Veterans Reunion on April 22 at Veterans Plaza in downtown Silver Spring. Cleland was a U.S. senator from Georgia from 1996 to 2002. The event was hosted by County Executive Ike Legget and included remarks by U.S. Congressman Chris Van Hollen. The reunion is sponsored by the Montgomery County Commission on Veterans Afairs.
