Vietnam Veterans Day (PHOTOS & VIDEO)

The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) hosted a wreath laying ceremony at Memorial Plaza today, March 29, which is also known as Vietnam Veterans Day.  There were similar tributes like this one held across the country.
