Victory Court Groundbreaking (Video)

Victory Housing broke ground in Rockville for the construction of a new affordable senior 86-unit complex. Victory Court is located at the corner of Monroe and Fleet Streets and is expected to open in the summer of 2013. Victory Housing is the housing development arm of the Archdiocese of Wahshington and provides affordable housing and related social services for low- and moderate-income senior citizens.
