Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) is running for U.S. Senate and stopped by Montgomery Community Media studios to tape his candidate statement. MyMCMedia caught up with Van Hollen in the newsroom. In this MyMCMedia Extra video, Van Hollen talks about the Purple Line and his efforts to improve infrastructure in Montgomery County.

Van Hollen will be on the ballot on April 26, when Marylanders can vote in the primary elections.
