Van Hollen on I-270 Improvements Push: “We need more than Band-Aids”

A coalition called “Fix270Now” hosted a news conference on Monday in Germantown, announcing its efforts to improve the congestion on the I-270 corridor by reviving state studies that could lead to additional lanes and tolls. The coalition includes local government officials and business leaders. U.S. Rep. Chris Van Hollen, who is also running for Senate seat, was among those present during Monday’s news conference.
