Delegate Jeff Waldstreicher, a Democrat who represents District 18, holds a reception from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, at the Home of Barry and Joanne Lynn, 2318 Ashboro Drive, Chevy Chase. Waldstreicher is running for the District 18 state Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Rich Madaleno. Guests include House Speaker Michael Busch; Del.
