Two Roses, One Memorable Moment
Fans lined up after the Washington Spirit’s 2-1 loss to the Houston Dash Saturday night to meet their new World Cup heroes. Six players on the Spirit’s roster represented their countries at the World Cup including Rose Lavelle and Mallory Pugh who played for the winning US team.
MCM was there to capture some memorable moments after the game highlighted by Rose Lavelle meeting one of her fans, a seven-year-old girl, whose name also happens to be Rose Lavelle. Really.
