Officers and Fire & Rescue personnel responded to the area and located Wu in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. Police said he appeared to have been shot. The Medical Examiner determined that the cause of death to be multiple gunshot wounds and that the manner of death to be homicide, according to the release.

According to the report, investigators located cocaine and marijuana in Wu’s vehicle. Police said investigators also found currency, cocaine, and marijuana in Wu’s home, in quantities consistent with drug distribution.

Through investigation, Lee and Brown were identified as suspects. Police said the investigation indicates that Lee and Brown arranged to meet Wu in the Bel Pre area to purchase three and a half pounds of marijuana from him. During the transaction, Wu was shot and killed and Lee and Brown allegedly divided the marijuana, according to police.

Brown was arrested on Feb. 10 and Lee was arrested on Feb. 12. Both are being held without bond.
