The Twinbrook Partnership has committed to cleaning up a nearly one-mile stretch of Parklawn Drive by participating in Montgomery County’s Adopt -A-Road program.

The first litter cleanup was held by The JBG Companies on March 21 to coincide with the first day of spring. On that day, nine volunteers collected ten bags of trash.

The Twinbrook Partnership is a private neighborhood and business alliance that promotes the growing Twinbrook community in Rockville. Branded Urban by Nature for its proximity to Rock Creek Park and Rockville Pike, the Partnership collaborates with the community on environmental programs, the arts, biking initiatives, a farmers market, charitable efforts and more. Members include The JBG Companies, Cambridge Walk II Home Owners Association, James G. Davis Construction, Twinbrook Partners and The United States Pharmacopeia. To learn more about the Twinbrook Partnership, visit www.TwinbrookUrbanByNature.com
