Twilight Concerts at Brookside Gardens
The Friends of Brookside Gardens is sponsoring four twilight concerts on Tuesdays in June from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Brookside Gardens, 1800 Glanallan Avenue, Wheaton. The concerts are free and located on the Visitors Center Lawn. Remember to bring your lawn chair and blanket.
Performances:
June 4: Oasis Island Sounds- Popular Caribbean dance music, including Reggae, Calypso, Steel drums and African music
June 11: Rita Clark and the Naturals– A spirited blend of New Orleans roots music with an infusion of New York’s East Village
June 18: DreamStreet– Classic Rock
June 25: Trio Caliente– Inimitable blend of Flamenco, Pop, and Brazilian Jazz
