Dear Ms.Sonya Burke,

QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED CLEARLY BY THE INVESTIGARION:
1) WHO WAS THIS CITIZEN FOLLOWING ANDRE AND REPORTING THE EVENTS LIVE TO THE POLICE?
2) COULD ANDRE HAVE BEEN CHASED AND FORCED TO CRASH HIS CAR?
3) DID THIS CITIZEN STOP TO OFFER FIRST AID ASSISTANCE TO ANDRE’?
4) IF NOT WHY NOT ?
5) IF YES THEN THE POLICE MUST HAVE HAVE IDENTIFIED HIM VISUALLY AND MUST HAVE ASKED HIM WHY HE HAD TO FOLLOW (TAIL) THIS PARTICULAR CAR ?
WE WANT A FULL INVESTIGATION !
THANK YOU FOR FURTHER INFORMATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
If when driving down the road you saw a car being driven erratically, possibly by a drunk driver, you wouldn’t call the police and keep an eye on the vehicle in case the worst happened, as was the case here? You seem to think something nefarious happened here, but this sounds like the case of a concerned citizen calling in a drunk driver and witnessing a grisly crash.
Thanks for your comment Heather!
I sincerely hope it was “the case of a concerned citizen calling in a drunk or sick driver and witnessing a grisly crash.” I hope the investigation will establish if this citizen prooved his real concern by offering some first aid assistance on the scene of the accident by calling in an ambulance or did the citizen just drive on to identify and report to the Police other drunk or possibly sick drivers on the road?
The drivers in this area are all very bad drivers. People think they are all alpha drivers and own the road and people on 270 I have seen either drive 80 mph or 45mph just so the wind does not put out what ever they are smoking. I’ve see people drive next to each other thus blocking anyone who may need to pass them totally oblivious that it is against the law to drive in that manner.
