Tree Falls on House

A large tree has fallen on a house at 10415 Royal Road in Silver Spring.

Fire Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer says fire rescue crews have helped cut away the limbs to get the occupants get out of the Royal Road house in the Hillendale community.

Piringer said there were no injuries but there is significant property damage to the house, carport and cars.
