Tornado Watch Issued Through Monday Morning
Montgomery County is under a tornado watch until 3 a.m. Tuesday. The National Weather Service advises residents to “be alert for rapidly changing weather conditions and to take shelter if a warning is issued.”

There will be a lull in t-storm activity for the next several hrs, but the severe weather threat has not ended! Thunderstorms, some with damaging winds, will cross the region overnight. Great question! If emergency alerts are turned on, you would not get the tornado *watch*. However, if it is upgraded to a tornado *warning* where you are located, you should get a WEA alert on your cell phone from the National Weather Service. More info: https://t.co/UABJBxK6sn
