Three Arrested for Layhill Homicide
Two woman and one man are under arrest in the death of a man in the Layhill section of Silver Spring, according to a tweet from Montgomery County Police.
Latoya Renell Morgan 33, Samantha Carol Parker 26, and Dion Ramon Sobotker, 32, are being charged with first-degree murder and robbery in the death of Jonathan Edward Terril Harris.
According to police, on Dec. 6 at 10:47 a.m., the Emergency Communications Center received a call for a burglary that had just been discovered in the 2300 block of Eagle Rock Place. Officers responded and found Harris, 26, dead inside the home. Police reported he had obvious trauma to the top portion of his body. Harris was initially found by his mother, who then called police.
