UPDATED: Power Restored to Thousands in Upper Montgomery County
UPDATED Power has been restored to over 28,000 Potomac Edison customers in upper Montgomery County as of 4 p.m., according to a spokesperson with the utility.
The Monday afternoon outage caused some service disruptions at county offices across the Upcounty, including the Damascus Senior Center and Damascus and Germantown libraries.
So far, no word on what caused the outage.
All customers affected by transmission line outage have been restored. If u remain w/o service pls call 888-544-4877 to report your outage.
