The Victims Rights Foundation Expands
Mr. W. Gregory Wims spoke to 100 students at Woodrow Wilson High School on the 27th of August 2013. Mr. Wims spoke to the students about the importance of giving back to the community and about his voluntary career standing 47 years. As an example, Mr. Wims spoke to the students about the Victims Rights Foundation raising more than $500,000 for victims of the Sniper Shootings in the Washington DC Metro Area. Youth ambassadors from local high school communities helped raise the funds.
After Mr. Wims presentation, 12 students from Woodrow Wilson High School volunteered to be Youth Ambassadors for the Victims Rights Foundation. The Woodrow Wilson High School students will become the first Youth Ambassadors for the Victims Rights Foundation.
