“The Music Man” at Rockville’s Fitzgerald Theatre

Rockville Musical Theatre presents The Music Man now through July 27 at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre, 603 Edmonston Drive. Tickets are $22 for adults and $20 for Seniors and may be purchased online here or at the Box Office.

Show times are at 8 p.m. on July 18, 19, 25 and 26, and 2 p.m. on July 20 and 27.

Keep your sights set on the Fitzgerald Theatre in early August, when the Rockville Civic Ballet performs this trio of ballets that comprise their summer production:

• “The Last Duchess,” Robert Browning’s poem about a Duke whose wives keep mysteriously dying.
• “Saturday Night Social,” silly, funny and set to Copland’s music from “Rodeo.”
• “Danse D’Enesco,” a bright, fast-moving piece with a bit of folk dance flair.

Performances are on Saturday, Aug. 2 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 3 at 2 p.m. for the ballet. Tickets are $17 for adults and $13 for seniors and students (group rates available).
