Montgomery County Storm Update
Snowstorm update from Montgomery County:
Roads in the county remain wet and slushy.
The National Weather Service forecasts that the snow in our area will intensify later this afternoon.
Ride On buses are currently operating on their normal schedules.
All county parking garages are now open without charge and will remain free until 7:00 a.m. tomorrow. Parking at meter spaces on County roads is also free until 7 a.m. tomorrow.
There will be no trash or recycling collection service today. Service will slide one day later for the rest of the week. The County Transfer Station is closed today.
Due to emergency weather conditions, all Montgomery Parks facilities are closed today and all classes and programs are cancelled.
The MC311 Call Center is open for any informational questions. An Alert Montgomery announcement will be issued for any new emergency information.
