UPDATE: Teen Dating Seminar Set for May 22 Postponed

Teen couple iStock_000016899206LargeUPDATE, May 19, 4:41 p.m. The Montgomery County Commission for Women postpone the Healthy Dating for Teens seminar. A new date and time was not determined.

The Montgomery County Commission for Women invites teens in grades seven through twelve to a seminar titled “Teen Dating: What does a healthy relationship look like?” for Sunday, May 22.

Speakers at the seminar include Debbie Feinstein and Lauren Turner, both of the State’s Attorney’s Office. Feinstein is the Chief of the Special Victims Division which is responsible for the prosecution of child abuse, domestic violence, and senior abuse. Lauren Turner is an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Juvenile Court Division.

The seminar takes place Sunday, May 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the first floor conference room at the Rockville Memorial Library, 21 Maryland Avenue. The cost is $5. Registration in advance is requested.
