UPDATED: Teen Arrested for Having a Knife at Seneca Valley High
UPDATED, March 11, 1 p.m. – Students at Seneca Valley High School in Germantown are still being ordered to shelter in place as of 1 p.m. Wednesday.
The shelter in place was issued at about 8:50 a.m. The school day ends at 2:10 p.m.

Montgomery County Police arrested at 16-year-old Seneca Valley High School student Wednesday morning for possessing a knife on school property.
According to Capt. Paul Starks, the teen was arrested on school property in Germantown. The school resource officer called in the incident at 8:39 a.m., Starks said.
No additional information was immediately available.
