Talking Trash: Here’s An Update on How Residents Are Doing With Leggett’s Recycling Goals (VIDEO)

Back in 2012, Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett increased the goal for the amount of waste stream recycled in the County  from 50 percent to 70 percent by 2020.
