A group of dedicated volunteers, known as the Silver Spring Citizens Advisory Board, meet regularly to discuss upcoming events, issues and concerns in the Silver Spring area. Economic Development Director Steve Silverman addressed the group earlier this month. MyMCMedia’s Sonya Burke reports.
