Berliner Declines Debate Request
In a letter dated Sept. 25, Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner declines an invitation by Lanny Davis, attorney for the Montgomery County Fraternal Order of Police, to a series of debates regarding the issue of effects bargaining, which will appear on the Nov. ballot as Question B.
