Montgomery County Councilmembers recently heard from New York City officials about a successful Universal Pre-K program that was implemented there. Councilmembers say it is their goal to implement Pre-K for all four-year-old children, and they are looking for the best way to advance this possibility in Montgomery County. Susan Kenedy reports:
