Montgomery County’s Thanksgiving Parade promises to be a grand celebration to kick off the holiday season. The parade takes place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19 in downtown Silver Spring. Program Manager Susan Hoffmann from the Department of Recreation previews the parade in this report:
