UPDATED Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the State flag to be lowered to half staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday, April 25th. This is in honor of Nathaniel Henry McDavitt, a United States Air Force airman from Maryland who died on April 15, 2016.
