Rockville Attorney John Kudel, who has just been hired to defend Scott Tomaszewski who is accused of killing the Vilardo couple in Rockville, says his family has not yet met with their son since his arrest in Alaska.

Double murder suspect Scott Tomaszewski appeared in court via closed circuit TV Monday for a bond hearing. Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy met with the media after the hearing. Tomaszewski is charged with killing Julianne and Richard Vilardo sometime between May 9 and in the early morning hours on May 10.
