Double murder suspect Scott Tomaszewski appeared in court via closed circuit TV Monday for a bond hearing. Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy met with the media after the hearing. Tomaszewski is charged with killing Julianne and Richard Vilardo sometime between May 9 and in the early morning hours on May 10.

Rockville attorney John Kudel, who has just been hired to defend double-homicide suspect Scott Tomaszewski, provides an update on the case in this MyMCMedia Extra video.

UPDATED May 17, 10:30 a.m. Montgomery County Police say they have charged Scott Michael Tomaszewski with first degree murder in the deaths of Richard and Julianna Vilardo.
