St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in Laytonsville is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year and the Montgomery County Council on April 30 recognized the church’s two centuries of contributions. Councilmember Nancy Floreen presented a proclamation on behalf of the Council.
